For me, the easiest habit is to accept responsibility for learning. At least, when I am really excited about and committed to what I'm learning. Then, I want to do the coursework and I'm vocal in class. But when I'm in a program for the wrong reason, I can't absorb the material and it's very hard to be interested.
The hardest habit is to view obstacles as challenges. I think this goes not just for learning, but for any situation. This is a much more positive way of thinking, and would not lead to as much stress as getting frustrated by obstacles.
